Leadership is the key asset of Superior Concrete Products, and Todd Sternfeld our CEO and owner has been successfully growing the company for more than thirty years. A pioneer in the modular precast concrete industry, Todd is a founder of the company, and he is responsible for pioneering and developing the Superior Concrete Products line. His broad vision has been instrumental in firmly establishing Superior in precast construction throughout the Southwest and in guiding our expansion in the United States and beyond. Today, Todd focuses on national sales and international licensing of our mold equipment, manufacturing technology and business systems, in addition to new product development.
Todd’s 30+ years of experience in the precast concrete construction industry has given him the knowledge to expand Superior’s products and lines of business. A hands-on leader, Todd works with Superior’s management team in guiding the business as it continues to evolve and grow successfully into the future.
Vice President of Operations
Kyle Wilson oversees the construction operations for Superior Concrete Products. With more than 28 years experience working with the company, Kyle is well versed in all aspects of the business and is extremely dedicated to the continued success of our construction operations. Prior to his current position he was Vice President of Manufacturing and Plant General Manager.
Kyle plays a vital role in shaping Superior Concrete Products. His leadership and management skills are key to maintaining Superior Concrete Products leadership position in the precast concrete industry.
Vice President of Business Development
Ryan Alarcon joined Superior Concrete Products as the leading sales and business development manager in his market. With more than 15 years in the real estate development and home building industry, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge in sales and construction, in addition to developing and fostering a vast number of business relationships.
Prior to joining Superior Concrete, Ryan held management positions with the largest homebuilders in the US including Pulte Homes, CalAtlantic Homes and Meritage Homes. With a passion for entrepreneurship, Ryan became a Real Estate Broker, owned a successful luxury brokerage business in southern California, and was regarded as a top broker in that market.
Today, Ryan’s principal responsibility is to identify new prospective customers, market sectors or geographic regions and oversee the sales and estimating departments for Superior Concrete Products.
A US Navy Veteran, Ryan graduated from Liberty University with a Business Administration and Management degree.
